The sound our clients make when they receive their full paycheck after we’ve processed a levy release is music to our ears! We enjoy getting our clients smaller monthly payments than they would’ve received if they had dealt with the IRS on their own.

Below are just a few of the many releases we’ve done for our clients recently. Click on the links to see more details about that case. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.Although the information on this page represents some of the work that we’ve completed, it does not reflect all of the work that we do. We update this information as time permits, so please be patient if the records shown are not completely up to date.

Like you said in your letter to me, you told me you would do it, didn’t you? My wife and my three kids thank you and so do I.

I was willing to try just about anything with anybody when I called you, but I was also skeptical that anyone could really get IRS to turn loose of my paycheck once they got it.

You worked out a very painless and very affordable monthly payment plan for me of $85 per month when my CPA neighbor had told me to quit my job and go to work somewhere else because I was doomed and nobody could help me. But when I talked to you, you even told me that several of your competitors were good and could help me if I wanted to talk to them. Whoever heard of someone doing that?

I told my CPA neighbor what you had done and he couldn’t believe it. But you were right, he didn’t have any experience with IRS Collections. Your experience and knowledge are wonderful.

This is the longest testimonial letter I have ever received and one of the best. Ray speaks his mind.

Let me start out by saying “THANK YOU”!!!! I’d scream it from the roof tops if I thought it would help some of the suffering people that are considering using your services. Because let’s face it, no one’s looking at your web site unless they’re in serious trouble. I would be willing to tell anyone that’s looking for help with a wage levy, that they’ve found the right place. Sorry, “person”. Because that’s what I found when I decided to use you. You’re a person. Not a firm masked with sales help on a 1-800 number. I called them all, and was only able to talk to someone “other” than the firms name. We all know them, the JK Harris’s, the Roni Deutch’s. When I asked to talk to Mr. Harris, the salesman told me that I didn’t need to talk to him and that the salesman could handle anything I needed. Yea, right. The commission hungry salesman himself probably never gets to talk to Mr. Harris. I’m also willing to bet that Mr. Harris doesn’t personally talk to anyone from the IRS for you either. I was able to see right away that Jeff Parrack himself, will be working on my case. Straight and simple, Jeff personally negotiated my Release with the IRS, in my behalf. No bull, no commission greedy salesman, no nonsense. During my intense search for help, I also noticed there was no sense of urgency from the “Firms”. There was great urgency to sign a contract and start collecting fees, but no urgency in releasing the Levy. When I asked how long it would take to release the Levy, none of them would give me a straight answer. 2 to 5 weeks was the best guess I could get. Most told me it would take months and no guarantees. Jeff was the only one that guaranteed a release, and in days, not weeks or months. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t keep up to him. He’s blazing fast with Faxes and Emails. Jeff had to file 5 back tax returns before anything else could be done. Peanuts. I faxed my release package with the POA to Jeff on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning, he emailed me that he had already contacted the IRS, and he had the returns ready for my signature. Actually, the returns had lowered my debt significantly because I overpaid during those years. Late on Saturday, I Emailed Jeff explaining that I was getting nervous about using someone over the internet and that there’s internet sharks out there that prey on desperate people. Jeff responded that very evening, explaining that he understood my concerns and gave me his home phone if I’d like to talk. Wow, I’m SURE Mr. Harris or Mr. Deutch would have done that too. The next surprise was on Monday morning. Jeff emailed me that he had my release ready to go. What? Get out. No way. Already? I haven’t even eaten lunch yet. I called the payroll person at my company to make sure. Sure enough, she had already spoken to Jeff. What? Spoken to Jeff? You mean to tell me that Jeff “himself” spoke to my payroll department? Not only did he talk to her, he was able to save my biweekly paycheck that she was working on. As a matter of fact, I never lost any checks. Yea, I’m SURE Mr. Harris or Mr. Deutch would have been glad to make that call for me.

I know it sounds like I’m picking on the bigger outfits that offer this kind of service. And I’m sure that they aren’t “thieves” or anything like that. But I know deep in my heart that I made the right choice. No one out there would have given me the personal attention that Jeff did, at the speed that Jeff did, or for the cost that Jeff did it for. If I talk dollars and cents, it’s simple; the very best price I could get from the “firms” was $3500.00. No guarantees, no personal touch, no speed. Bottom line is, Jeff got all my past info from the IRS, filed 5 past tax returns, and released my Levy in 2 days flat. All for $1985.00. Jeff saved me over $1500.00 in fees, over $8000.00 in back IRS debt, and I never missed a paycheck. Enough said.

IRS had prepared 1996 and 1997 tax returns for Susan showing almost $16,000 due, including penalties and interest. I prepared replacement returns that showed overpayments . I also prepared 2004, 2005, and 2006 returns that showed overpayments.

Bottom line was that Susan really did go from owing IRS $29,000 to getting refunds totaling almost $2,800. Plus, my IRS rep immediately faxed me a Wage Levy Release rather than mailing it. This saved Susan’s paycheck.

Well thank you very very much!!!! You just don’t know how happy this news makes me!! To go from oweing them $29,000 , to them owing me $2,800, is more than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much!!!! I will deposit your total fees in the bank TODAY !!

Chelsea was facing a deadline of less than 24 hours to get this done or she would have a very skinny paycheck. In my business, knowledge may not be everything, but it’s close. Knowing how to maneuver through the IRS minefield is one thing. Actually doing it is another. I’m very comfortable doing this. I may not be able to trim my hedge in a level line or keep my garage spotless, but I can get IRS Levy Releases done.

First, I want to take the time to say, “Thank you” to Jeff for his magic tricks. Lord only knows how he did it, but I am so grateful to him because I was really about to suffer the long-term beat down that IRS was about to lay on me.

At the company I work for, we are able to look at our pay stubs two days prior to payday. I normally don’t check it because I know just about what I am getting on a regular basis. This time it was different. I about died from what I had seen. Well, really, I think I did and then came back to life. I saw my stub and immediately I thought, “Oh my, somebody open a window so I can end it all.”

I tried to figure out how I could live with this little bit of money with two children and a mortgage and a rack of other bills that come like clockwork, not to mention some are waiting for me NOW!!

I searched the Internet like crazy and stumbled across Jeff’s website. I thought to myself, “OK, what can he do that hasn’t already been done and attempted?”

Jeff calls me back not 1 or 2 or 3 days later but 3 HOURS later to tell me he fixed the problem. WHAT A GENIUS!!!! (Hey, folks, these are her words, not mine.)

The IRS is the last people I want to go on the battlefield with; their armor is much stronger than mine and I surely do not have the gift of gab.

Jeff, you saved my LIFE….thank you sooooo much. Many blessings to you and yours for the help that you give others and just because it’s what you like to do, not because you have to. I will be forever grateful to you for your assistance and extreme diligence.

P.S. I love the comedic intentions on your website!! Even through times of disparity, laughing made it better. Thank you.

This one is really interesting and unusual. Bob called me on Monday and told me his paycheck had been levied for the last month and a half to the tune of $1,400 per pay period. I recognized his name……. he was an old client from 2005 and he had filed his 2006 tax return that had a balance due of $800 that he had not paid. This new unpaid balance had defaulted his previous agreement with IRS and they hit him with a new wage levy.

He told me he had contacted one of my competitors, Roni Deutch, and had paid her office about $400 to get them started on his case. He told me that after numerous telephone calls to them that had gone unanswered (after they had been partially paid), he decided to call me. I suggested he do a Google search for complaints on Roni Deutch. You might want to do it, too….. it’s very enlightening.

We talked and I told him what I could do to help him. He faxed me the Info Sheets from my Wage Levy Package and I immediately called IRS.

I set up a $300 monthly Installment Agreement with no problem. The IRS rep faxed me copies of Wage Levy Releases for both his and his wife’s employers. I faxed them to their employers and their levies were immediately released.

Badda boom, badda bing. Over and done with. At least that’s what we thought.

After everything had been fixed, he had called Roni Deutch’s office and had to leave a message (again); he told me he had never talked to them after his first phone conversation with one of their sales people. This time he left a message and told them that he no longer required their services since they never called him back and that someone else (yours truly, me) had very quickly solved his problem. In minutes, not weeks.

The next day, Tuesday, he got a call from a very irate Roni Deutch representative who told him that on Monday evening he had personally called IRS and set up a $410 Installment Agreement and that he needed to pay Deutch’s office the remainder of their fee. My client kindly disagreed and explained the lack of contact from them and their lack of representation for him (my IRS rep told me she could see NO notes of contact with anyone from their office other than the fax filing of their Power of Attorney) and how I had already gotten his levy released and had set up a much lower Installment Agreement for him.

This guy told him that I had lied to him and that there was no way I had released his levy. The Roni Deutch rep told him that they were the ones who had done the deal. He kindly disagreed and told the guy that I had already faxed the levy releases to their employers. He also informed the guy that I had set up a much lower monthly payment agreement.

After he told me about this on Tuesday, I called IRS again to make sure everything was recorded in their system as I had informed him – I wanted to know for sure that I had properly served my client. One of my IRS reps told me she could see that my conversation preceded the call from Roni Deutch’s office and that she could see that I had set up a $300 monthly agreement; she could also see that Deutch’s office called later in the day and set up the $410 payment. The IRS rep kindly cancelled the $410 agreement and revoked Roni Deutch’s Power of Attorney privileges and added notes to support my work.

Thanks SOOOOO much!!! From the time I spoke with you yesterday afternoon, you had the tax levy negotiation completed and faxed to my corporate office within 3 hours!!! I confirmed my corporate staff had already processed your levy release 1stthing this morning. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I’ll be preparing a testimonial regarding your fast, efficient work in these matters and it will be a testament to your knowledge and swift service!!

We’ll be in touch – now my family & I can breathe again!!! Thanks again!!!

-Bob & Kelli Doral Florida-

I got the following email the next day.

Could you please give either myself (or my wife Kelli) a call as soon as possible ? I just got a horrible, threatening call from someone named Scott with the Roni Deutch law firm in CA and he not only advised me that they were coming after my wife and I for the full “contract” bill, but that the IRS would not be honoring any negotiation on our behalf other than “their” proposal & negotiated agreement.

He further advised me that there was no way you (or any other representatives) had contacted the IRS (other than themselves), on our behalf; and whomever we said we were using was an unscrupulous fraud and lying to us.

We’ve used you in the past and had absolutely no issues whatsoever, and I’m sure you addressed our case just as you said you did. However, these folks just spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone threatening to take me to court, to have the negotiation “backed out” and/or “nullified”, and see that the IRS continues to garnish my paycheck each 2 weeks for the full amount – (in addition to suing us for their money and any additional costs they incur pursuing their full payment).

I’m really frustrated right now and very concerned that the deal you worked out for us could have been placed in jeopardy by these nutcases….

Please call. Thanks. Bob

I called Bob and assured him he had nothing to worry about. Sounds like a salesman trying to strong-arm Bob and his wife. Do a Google search on “Roni Deutch complaints” and you will be surprised by all the people who have posted complaints.

Jeff, I can’t thank you enough for helping me with my wage levy. I dropped out of the system many years ago and never could find the right situation to get back in.

I received a letter from my employer stating that the IRS has put a Wage Levy on my check and will garnish maximum amount starting with my next paycheck. This coupled with the impending filing of a divorce, yes my world was in total disarray. I reached out to you and the first thing you did was to put me at ease telling me that,” I assure you that I will stop the levy and you will have a monthly payment that you can handle”.

After signing the POA and getting you the back returns you went to work. Within a few short days you called and informed me that the levy was released and that you were working on a payment arrangement.

You came back to me again in few short days and informed me that payment arrangement was made and things were done.

Jeff, you are truly an expert at dealing with the IRS. From the start you calmed me down and you were open and honest, unlike some of the others that I had called first that offered a similar service, but only want your money and give you lip service. You personally spent time on the phone and answered my many questions. You never rushed me and always provide clear responses.

I am very impressed with your work. If I ever have any trouble at all with the IRS you will be the first person I will contact. (Larry, I hope I never hear from you again)

Jeff, thank you again for helping me and providing guidance during a very difficult time. I will recommend you to anyone I come in contact with that has a problem with the IRS, you are the “Best”.

I received an IRS Wage Levy notice in the mail on Thursday evening, and was in shock for the rest of the night – how was I going to support 2 kids on just $350 twice a month? On Friday morning I got on the Internet and stumbled across Jeff’s website. It was great! Not only did he post his prices for everyone to see, he gave more information on Wage Levies than all his competitor’s websites put together! I sent him an e-mail on Friday, which he promptly responded to. After a weekend of frantically gathering bank statements and filling out paperwork, I faxed it on Monday. By Wednesday, Jeff had worked his miracle. When he told me on the telephone that he had negotiated a payment plan of $75 per month I did a little dance!

I feel like a new person. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

Pardon me, but DAMN, that was fast! I hardly had time to call you and talk to you and fax you the paperwork you wanted and then you emailed me and told me you were finished!

Faster than a speeding bullet. You had to file four tax returns for me and talk to IRS and convince them I wasn’t a cheat.

I searched all over the Internet for help and talked to a couple of others one day before you returned my call. All they wanted to talk about was how much money I needed to pay them right then and there, but you took thirty minutes with me on the phone and calmed me down and reduced my heart rate and convinced me this wasn’t the end of the world – or at least the end of my life.

You asked me a lot of questions and gave me time to talk and ask questions of my own and I know you told me several times that “even if you don’t become a client of mine, I want you to know you can call me and ask me anything you want and I’ll take as much time with you on the phone as you need.” I didn’t even have time to call you back because you got my garnishment released within a couple of hours of the time I faxed you all my paperwork.

You charged me exactly what you told me it would cost up front. $895 flat fee just like you promised. And you saved my paycheck from the first scheduled garnishment of over $1,000, so you paid for yourself and even got me some money back.

Thanks, Jeff. Thanks for being all over the Internet with such a good website. And thanks for talking to me so openly and friendly.

You were right,

I had been under one of those “Continuing Wage Levies” for almost 5 months. I talked to IRS a couple of times and was told there was “no way” to get it released or even reduced. It took $184.33 from each paycheck (every two weeks), so that was $400.00 each month.

My wife and I and our three kids desperately needed that money just to live.

After we talked for about an hour ON A SATURDAY you said you could get it completely released. That was the best news I’d had in five months.

It took me about three days to get everything together for you and overnighted to you since it was too much to fax.

You told me that you would have it done by Tuesday or Wednesday and you did it!

My wife and I have had so much pressure relieved.

I just wanted to write you a note to let you know how much I appreciate your efforts. At a time when I was finally able to bask in the light at the end of the tunnel, it turned into the IRS garnishment train coming right for me. It was a bit frightening to say the least. I was smart enough to get on the internet and type in those 3 magic words:wage garnishment release. I found your website. You gave me all the information and instruction I needed and I was very impressed without your “to the point” work ethic and manner. I never once felt belittled because of the situation and you never asked for an explanation, only the information needed to help me with my case. I completed the paperwork per your instruction and collected as much info as I could and sent it over to you. Luckily I was one of the “in by 10 out by 5″ customers. You had my release that day and negotiated a payment plan MUCH lower than I anticipated.

You not only saved me money and aggravation, but you saved my hard earned and closely guarded credit history. I would gladly recommend you to anyone in the same situation. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to helping people truly in need.

This one was a bit unique. I don’t like to get involved in cases that are being handled by a local IRS Collection Office and a local IRS Revenue Officer. This was one of those cases. The IRS Revenue Office levied a bank account owned by this lady’s mother. This lady just happened to be a signer on the checking account for convenience’s sake, so since her Social Security number was tied to the account, that made the who account fair game to the IRS agent. So the mother suddenly saw over $13,000 of her money frozen by IRS on an account that the daughter hadn’t signed a check on in several years. I gave the lady quite a bit of information and helped her, but I still wasn’t going to get involved in the case since it would have taken a LOT of my time.

Thank you for your help. I took your advice. I called the IRS agent who did not return my calls. So today I showed up at the IRS agent’s office. She was not in but I spoke to her supervisor. The supervisor told me to get proof the levy is paid and to waive my right with the bank for the 21 days holding period. She will release the levies asap. She will also get me a release of lien next week that I can pick up and file with the courthouse myself. She was so helpful. The levy is actually for a lower amount. Also she thinks something is fishy and is going to help me with a lot of the other problems. Thanks for the encouragement and help. I really appreciate it. Please feel free to put me down as a testimonial. I can’t believe you gave me all this information for free.

I can’t thank you enough for helping me with my wage levy. I got a letter from my employer saying to me that the IRS put a Wage Levy on my check and will garnish maximum amount starting next paycheck. My wife and I are in the middle of buying a home and just signed a contract on the house the day before I got the news of the levy. I thought I could kiss the house thing goodbye.
