How do I release my IRS Wage Levy?

First of all, REMEMBER THAT YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE LEVY TO GET THE LEVY RELEASED AND PROTECT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOUR EMPLOYER WILL SEND IT TO IRS.

  1. Be sure to fill out the IRS Levy Release Package. This will immediately provide us with your information.
  2. Call us toll free at 877/256-3328 and we will personally discuss your wage levy and your options.
  3. We will give you plenty of information and answer your questions or worries, whether you choose to use our services or not.
  4. If you decide to use us to help you get your wage levy released, you can click on the booklet in the right-hand column and download and print our Wage Levy Package .
  5. Read the booklet and fill out the Information Sheets in it.
  6. Fax the information sheets to us at the fax number in the Package.
  7. Call us to discuss your IRS Wage Levy. Now that we have your information sheets to refer to, we will be able to give you a lot of detailed information about your situation rather than just some generalized talk.
  8. We will be completely open and honest with you and we will answer all of your questions whether or not you intend to use us to get your IRS Wage Levy Release.
  9. If you give us the green light , we will then proceed.
  10. We'll call IRS to begin the process.
  11. We will then discuss your levy with IRS and also your personal and financial information.
  12. We will prove to IRS that according to their own standards they must release your levy.
