I want this deal!

• I have filed and fully paid my five tax returns that immediately precede the oldest tax return I owe a balance on.
• I owe IRS less than $10,000 not including penalties and interest.
• I have faxed all the info noted above along with this agreement.
• I have also made sure to give you my credit or debit card number, expiration date, name on the card, billing address if different from my home address, and type of card.
• I have made sure there is enough money in my bank account or credit on the card to cover your $495 fee.
• I understand and agree that you cannot guarantee my IRS Wage Levy Release without all of the information you require.
• If I do not provide you with all of the information you require as detailed above, you will still attempt to get my IRS Wage Levy released. However, If you are not successful, I understand and agree that you will refund all but $150 of my $695 charge.
  If I don't send you all the information as detailed above and you successfully get my IRS Wage Levy Release before I get the remaining information to you, I'll be generous and allow you to charge my card for an additional $150 (this is an incentive for me to make sure I give you all the information I know you need to get my IRS Wage Levy Release as quickly as possible).
• I agree that if you begin your work and contact IRS and then discover that I do not meet both of the first two requirements above, you will refund $345 of my payment to you and that you may keep $150 for your valuable time.
• I acknowledge and agree with these terms and conditions. Please immediately commence your work to get my IRS Wage Levy released within the next two business days and to set up my $75 monthly Installment Agreement.
