How do I begin to thank you for what you did for me? I've been waiting over 5 months for **CPA Firm** to complete my 1997 taxes. When I called them Monday morning with news of my pending tax levy, I was told "we'll try to get your taxes done by the end of the week". I didn't have until the end of the week. I needed action NOW. The only action that I did get from them is a phone call from one of their reps offering to do a Levy Release for ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! They already had over $1000 of my money and I was not going to give them one more cent. They were not concerned about ME.

I searched the net and--THANK GOD---I found your site. I called you. You seemed so sincere and kind, the sound of concern in your voice was like having an old friend tell me that everything will be okay. Although, having been recently burned, I was a bit skeptical. After I had my husband speak to you, he agreed that we should give you a try. Let me tell you....it was the absolute smartest thing I could have done. I faxed you my paper work at 7 a.m. on Thursday and by 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon I had my IRS Levy Release Form in MY hands.

**CPA Firm** did call me Thursday evening (after about 20 phone calls from me). They told me that they were still waiting for the IRS to send them my 1997 tax info. What have they been doing for the last 6 months?????

I told them that I already had a tax levy in my hand, and that I want my money refunded. I was given a fax number to their 'refund request line'. They will be hearing from me in a minute....right now, sending you this note is more important than fighting with them.

You have my phone number. If someone out there who needs help wants a reference....have them call me. You are a miracle worker. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
