I sent him an e-mail on Tuesday, spoke to him on Tuesday at 6 p.m., and by Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. the nightmare was over. I've been a paralegal for over 20 years, and the IRS scares me to death. I wouldn't negotiate with an insurance company on my own behalf, and neither would I negotiate with the IRS. THERE ARE THINGS THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED LEGALLY TO TELL YOU, things that are of great advantage to you. Hiring Jeff was the best money I ever spent.
