Karin emailed me Friday morning, July 2, at 10:00 a.m. with the desperate news that she had just received her paycheck for zero dollars and zero cents as the result of a recent IRS Wage Levy! At 3:00 p.m. she faxed me the necessary paperwork I needed to begin representing her. Knowing that the July 4th weekend wouldn't be enjoyable for her, I immediately called IRS to see what I could do to help her.

Within less than an hour, the IRS representative I had spoken to agreed to classify Karin as Currently Non Collectible and faxed me a copy of a Wage Levy Release. This case was a Personal Best - about 45 minutes. Not bad.
