I had some trouble with this case.

I talked to IRS several times in June and then had to talk to them again in August.

My August IRS rep read all the file notes from June and told me that he could see that this client qualified for Currently Non Collectible (CNC) status instead of being required to pay $305 per month as ordered in June.

So now Margie is CNC and her case is corrected and closed.

Good thing we followed up on this with IRS. Right, Margie?
