Kim wasn't a true basket case by any stretch, but she was already shopping for the basket. You can read her testimonial letter below and get some of the details.

Kim would make a good detective because she checked me out pretty thoroughly before she decided to trust me with her money. That's okay, I don't blame her.

Within a couple of days I had her Wage Levy Release. She called me on a Wednesday and she had an uncomfortable weekend, but on the next Tuesday, all was well.

 Jeff –

I wanted to take a moment and convey my sincerest gratitude for your assistance. When I contacted you I was at the lowest point in my life. In the year leading up to that moment, circumstances had combined into a perfect storm of economic downfall – lost my job, landed a new job with 50% reduction in pay, possible bankruptcy, foreclosure and also the dreaded IRS lurking in the background.

The day I called you my employer had just informed me of a wage levy that would go into effect on my next paycheck. I had 7 business days to figure out how I was going to live on the amount leftover. I was sitting at my desk at work contemplating all sorts of doomsday scenarios when a colleague suggested surfing the internet for guidance. I Googled “wage levy help” and the first website listed was yours (this is the true meaning of divine intervention). I don’t think I read more than the first couple of paragraphs before I picked up the phone and called you.

You answered on the first or second ring and proceeded to calm me down and reassure me that “things would be alright.” You listened without judgment. You assured me you were very good at your job (and boy, were you right!). You let me pour my heart out and not once did I feel rushed or obligated to use your services. It was like confessing all my sins to a priest or therapist. Although I wasn’t immediately absolved of the IRS during that first call, I certainly ended the call feeling hopeful for the first time in over a year. You told me that I could be concerned, but that I was not to worry. I was given the task of completing the paperwork (conveniently located for download on your website). That night I went home dreaming of a successful resolution to my IRS nightmare.

My situation involved back taxes owed and filing for current year. It took me a day or so to get all the paperwork completed and each day the worry started to creep back in. All the “what ifs” started to form….What if you couldn’t work miracles? What if you weren’t a legitimate company? What if you took my payment and ran? I had only talked to you over the phone and placed all my trust in you. I will admit now that I panicked a few times and did extensive searches on the web looking for anything negative about you. I couldn’t find anything other than proof that you were the real deal. I called you everyday and you answered, so I remained hopeful.

Then things started happening quickly. Within a day you turned around my 2007 return and oh my goodness I had a refund! On Tuesday morning my HR department notified me that I would need the wage levy released by the next day at noon in order to avoid the garnishment. Within two hours you had the levy released and the paperwork faxed to my employer.

To this day I still can’t believe how quickly it happened. You are indeed a miracle worker. If anyone has reservations about using you, please have them call or email me and I will be happy to sing your praises night or day.

Best regards,

Kimberly O.
