Bill was a fairly typical caller except for one thing......... his wage levy was now into its fourth month and he and his wife were tired of eating pinto beans and cornbread. Same old story. Hadn't filed his tax returns this century and IRS finally caught up to him. He also had a really bad experience with one of my competitors. I told him what I could do and after four months of nothing from the other guys (oh, I'm sorry, they did do something - they cashed his $2,000 down payment check), I don't blame him for being skeptical. After all, I told him I would probably be finished by next Tuesday (I was giving myself a whopping four business days). I was wrong, though. I finished up the next day. He just about wet his pants when I called him and told him I was ready to fax him a copy of his Wage Levy Release. Why the other guys couldn't get this done in four months, I have no idea. I guess they ran into some kind of major problem.

For those of you looking at this website for the first time, you're obviously looking for some help...quickly...to get the IRS off your back. If you're reading this testimonial, among the many that are posted on this site, then I encourage you to read on.

Late April 2007 I was unaware that my life was going to take a nosedive real quick. I was never given any warning when the IRS smacked me with a payroll levy to the tune of 90% of my check being non-existent. In a panic, I quickly went to the first available firm I came across. Unfortunately at that time it wasn't Jeff. The firm that initially "handled" my case was American Tax Relief. They did not post their fees on the website but what did I know then? I was suddenly broke and desperate. Upon calling them they told me to release the levy and negotiate an Offer In Compromise with the IRS would cost me a staggering $3,900.00!! They agreed initially to allow me to make a couple payment arrangements. I then received a huge packet in the mail a couple days later piled high with paperwork that took me two days to complete. I gave them $2,000.00 at this point, half of which came from my poor wife's credit card and another half from a loan from my in-laws. After sending the paperwork back they still didn't release my levy. On top of that they kept telling me that there was still missing information or they didn't understand things that were on some of the forms so I kept overnighting papers back to them and STILL no levy release. Completely dismayed at this point they then told me they cannot continue with my case until I paid the balance of the services. With no money or hope of help my garnishments continued for 4 months....yes, FOUR MONTHS with virtually no paycheck.

Just a few days ago (October 10th) I contacted Jeff after finding his website a week or so before. I was extremely skeptical for that week after being burned by ATR and losing out on two grand. I called Jeff at 5:15 eastern time and left him a message. My first thought was that I wouldn't hear back from him until a day or two later. To my surprise he called back just 5 minutes later stating that he was sorry he missed my call and that he was on the phone with the IRS on another case. He called me back 20 minutes later. I explained my story over the last few months and he was actually saddened by it. We talked for about an hour. He had me download the package, fill out the Power of Attorney and a couple other forms. I also had to come current on previous years' taxes. I proceeded to head into work so I could fax the documents to him and not 10 minutes after I got to work I got an email from Jeff. He not only contacted the IRS already but had my previous years' taxes already done waiting for me to sign!! This was a mere 2 hours after we initially talked. Talk about RESPONSIVE! The next morning he contacted the IRS again to get the levy release sent to him. They told him it would take approximately 48 hours. That Friday morning I called Jeff and literally while we were on the phone the levy release was coming through to his fax machine! He sent me a copy in email and faxed it to my employer. I called my employer to verify they received it and now I get my full paychecks again and the levy was deleted from my file like it never existed!!

So for those of you thinking about using American Tax Relief or any other firm.....DON'T!! Give Jeff a call and you will not only thank yourself later but be extremely grateful there is someone like Jeff who knows what he's doing and actually enjoys it! When you call him he will tell you not to worry. He not only speaks the truth but delivers what he promises at breakneck speed. Thank you so very much, Jeff. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am you helped get me back on track and get current, even when I thought there was no way out.
