SFR Replacement - Substitute For Income Tax Returns...
If IRS filed tax returns for you, then we will replace their tax returns and
their high tax with our own replacement tax returns that will significantly
lower the tax your owe on each SFR.
$195 Flat Rate Fee for each SFR replacement for my IRS Levy Release clients.
$1,195 maximum fee no matter how many tax returns you need.
$297 minimum for others.
IRS will prepare and file tax returns for you if you haven't done it yourself.
These Substitute Tax Returns, or SFRs, are designed to compute the maximum
amount of income tax.
SFRs allow no deductions or expenses that could reduce your income tax.
Our SFR replacement income tax returns are guaranteed to lower your tax on each
Substitute For Return filed by IRS.
A Common SFR Story
Alexander was married and had four young kids. He hadn't filed any income
tax returns in the last eight years.
Unfortunately for him, IRS knew about it. More importantly, IRS also did
something about it.
Alex called me and swore he didn't owe any taxes because he had never filed
a tax return.
So I explained the IRS policy of filing income tax returns for people who
don't file them for themselves. These Substitute Tax Returns, also called
Substitute For Returns, or SFRs, had really hurt Alex.
IRS had taken Alex's 1099 income and computed income tax and self-employment
tax on him and had filed their SFRs as Married Filing Separate with no
dependents and no business expenses or deductions of any kind.
IRS has designed its Substitute For Return filing system to generate the
maximum amount of tax possible. Plus P&I (penalty and interest). So nice of them
to file those substitute tax returns for Alex, wasn't it?
And they had filed SFRs on Alex for seven years.
His tax, penalties, and interest totaled over $85,000.
Plus, IRS had levied several of the companies who had filed 1099s on him
during the last several years. Since he still did quite a bit of work for three
of them, Alex suddenly found himself without any income of any kind. Not a good
situation for a guy with a wife and four kids.
I told him what I could do and that I was certain I could significantly
lower his taxes in addition to getting IRS to release his levy.
Three days later, my replacement tax returns reduced his taxes to a grand
total of less than $17,000. Including penalties and interest.
IRS:
-
Accepted my tax returns for all years
-
Released all of his levies
-
Agreed to accept $175 per month to pay off those taxes
When it was all over, Alex thought I'd hung the moon.
Alex told me to charge his credit card $197 x 7 = $1,379 to pay for the tax
returns.
I told him his maximum charge for the tax returns was just $1,195.
Alex told me his wife wanted to kiss me, but since I was married, I
declined.
Now Alex is a good boy and files his tax returns every year. How am I sure? Because I prepare them for him. Alex is a client for life.
