IRS Offer In Compromise Fees

So what's it going to cost?
Well, for starters, I have a minimum fee of $1,500.
Our maximum fee is $3,000. However, not a single client reached that amount in
all of 2008 or 2009.
Compare this to the $3,500 to $10,000 or more that my competitors charge.
For example, if you have tax returns that must be filed or wage levies that must
be released, there will be additional work requirements; so naturally you will
be charged for that work. See the page on
My Fees.
If your case requires only the OIC preparation and no additional work, then your
fee will be $1,500.
It's really pretty simple.
One final thing. Please note that we prepare Offers only for individuals and for
personal income taxes.
Payroll taxes assessed against individuals will be considered on a case-by-case
basis for an additional fee of no less than $795.
We do not prepare Offers for corporations or for non-individual payroll tax
issues.
