Here Is A List Of The Information You Should Fax To Me To Get Me Started On Your IRS Bank Levy Release

Everything I need is in the Package above

  1. IRS Form 2848 Power of Attorney (POA)Without this form, neither I nor anyone else can do anything for you. IRS requires this form before they will talk to anyone other than you about your case. Jbust download the form and fill in your name(s), address, and Social Security number(s) on page one, then sign and date page two.
  2. Copy of your bank levy, if you have it.
  3. Most current paystub(s) with year-to-date information on you and your spouse.

The following information might be requested by IRS if they want to verify some of these expenses:

  1. Copy of divorce decree page one and the page(s) that list(s) alimony and/or child support information.
  2. Copy of three months' child support and/or alimony checks. If child support is deducted from your paycheck, then your pay stub will be sufficient.
  3. Copy of three months' childcare checks and/or invoices.
  4. Support for medical expenses (checks and receipts) if I have told you that your expenses will probably need verification and support for IRS.
  5. Support for any other specific expenses or information that I have requested.
If you are unwilling to pay the completely refundable $497.50 deposit and agree to my payment terms, please don't call me. I expect you to provide payment information when you ask me to work for you. I am dedicated to only the serious IRS Levy Release clients. If your bank account had a balance of less than my fee when it was levied, then obviously you should either call someone else (who probably won't match my guarantee) or try talking to IRS yourself (you'll probably waste your time and get totally perplexed and angry).

IRS will soon also be levying your wages and other income, so you should act fast to protect yourself. Remember that once I receive your signed and dated Power of Attorney, immediate action will begin on your case. You may talk to other professionals in my line of work who may take a few days to begin working on your case while you sweat and worry about eating beans and cornbread for the next few weeks; many of these "professionals" will require full and non-refundable payment up-front before they will even consider making that first phone call to IRS:

  1. I will immediately fax the POA to IRS so that they can input it into their computer system. Ordinarily, a 48-hour wait is mandatory to give them time to record the POA before any person serving as POA can talk to IRS about your tax matter. However, I am able to call a special limited-access unit of IRS to begin immediate negotiations to release your levy.
  2. I will then call IRS within minutes of faxing your POA to them.
  3. I will verify all your tax problems with IRS, including:
  • All years for which you have outstanding balances
  • All years for which you have not filed tax returns
  • All years for which IRS has filed tax returns for you. Such a return is called a Substitute For Return.
  • Previous collection efforts by IRS
  1. If you have unfiled tax returns, I will have IRS fax to me all of their income and expense records that are tied to your Social Security number(s), including:
  • W-2s
  • 1099s
  • Stock and bond sales
  • 1099-Int Mortgage interest and taxes paid
  • Real estate sales reported by other parties
  1. I will then be able to use this information to prepare tax returns for all your unfiled tax years. IRS requires that you be "current" (that is, all your tax returns must be filed) before they will even consider releasing your levy.

  2. I will inform IRS that it is my desire to have them release your levy.

  3. I will initially discuss your case with them and determine the best approach I should take with them to release your levy as quickly as possible.
  4. You and I will probably have several phone conversations
  5. IRS and I will probably have several phone conversations
  6. I will use all my knowledge and expertise and negotiating tactics and skills along with the information I have gathered to present to IRS a package that meets all their requirements for a bank levy release.
  7. I will also negotiate the best possible payment plan for you if needed

  8. Remember that I will use all of this information to your best advantage and I will use my knowledge of the IRS system to effectively force them into a position where they simply must release your levy and grant the terms and conditions that are also to your best advantage.
  9. You and I may have to file those tax returns that you haven't filed, but it will be done with your knowledge that your paychecks and/or bank account will be freed up.
  10. At the end of it all, you'll be pretty happy.

At the end of it all, you'll be very happy.
