If you are unwilling to pay the completely refundable $500 deposit and agree to our payment terms, please don't call us. We expect you to provide payment information when you ask us to work for you. We are dedicated to only the serious IRS Wage Levy Release clients. IRS will take a lot more than $500 from you, so you will be expected to place a priority on resolving your garnishment trouble by paying a deposit and agreeing to our payment terms (clearly defined on this site).

This information absolutely must be received before we can knowledgeably discuss your case with IRS. Your failure to provide this information ASAP will cause costly delays and may result in your loss of a big portion of one or more of your paychecks. The sooner you get this information to us, the faster, more accurately, more efficiently and more effectively we will be able to get your IRS Wage Garnishment Release.

Clients who show a dedication to their own IRS Wage Levies get priority over clients who do not. Your failure to provide all of this information to us within a maximum of 48 hours of your decision to use us may result in our office dropping you as a client as either disinterested or unwilling to give this matter the proper attention it demands and deserves.

You may initially fax just the Power of Attorney and your payment information to us, but the remainder of the information must all be faxed at the same time within that 48-hour limit.

Fax this information in one complete set to us at 8172630770. Cover sheet requested.

The following information might be requested by IRS if they want to verify some of these expenses and should therefore be faxed to me immediately:

  1. Copy of divorce decree page one and the page(s) that list(s) alimony and/or child support information.
  2. Copy of three months' child support and/or alimony checks. If child support is deducted from your paycheck, then your pay stub will be sufficient.
  3. Copy of three months' childcare checks and/or invoices.
  4. Support for medical expenses (checks and receipts) if I have told you that your expenses will probably need verification and support for IRS.
  5. Support for any other specific expenses or information that I have requested.

Here Is How A Typical IRS Wage Levy Release Case Unfolds

Remember that once our office receives your signed and dated Power of Attorney, immediate action will begin on your case. You may talk to other professionals in our line of work who may take a few days to begin working on your case while you sweat and worry about eating beans and cornbread for the next few weeks; many of these "professionals" will require full payment up front before they will even consider making that first phone call to IRS:

  1. You should also be ready to give us your credit or debit card or PayPal information to pay 50% of your fee. We will record this payment before proceeding to number 3. If the payment is declined, we will not notify you. You should know how much money is in your account.
  2. You should also be ready to fax to us your completed and signed Power of Attorney (POA)
  3. We will immediately fax the POA to IRS so that they can input it into their computer system. Ordinarily, a 48-hour wait wait is mandatory to give them time to record the POA before any person serving as POA can talk to IRS about your tax matter. However, we will be able to call a special limited-access unit of IRS to begin immediate negotiations to release your Wage Levy.
  4. Our professionals will then call IRS within minutes of faxing your POA to them.
  5. We will verify all your tax problems with IRS, including:
    • All years for which you have outstanding balances
    • All years for which you have not filed tax returns
    • All years for which IRS has filed tax returns for you. Such a return is called a Substitute For Return.
    • Previous collection efforts by IRS
  6. If needed, we will have IRS fax to us all of your income and expense records that are tied to your Social Security number(s), including:
    • W-2s 1099s Stock and bond sales 1099-Int Mortgage interest paid Real estate sales Any other important information
  7. We will then be able to use this information to prepare tax returns for all your unfiled tax years. IRS requires that you be "current" (that is, all your tax returns must be filed) before they will even consider releasing your Wage Levy.
  8. We will inform IRS that it is our desire to have them release your Wage Levy.
  9. We will initially discuss your case with them and determine the best approach we should take with them to release your Wage Levy as quickly as possible.
  10. We will probably have several phone conversations with you; but we may only have one.....or possibly none.
  11. We will probably have several phone conversations with IRS; or maybe just one.
  12. We will use all of our knowledge and expertise and negotiating tactics and skills along with the information we have gathered to present to IRS a package that meets all their requirements for a Wage Levy Release.
  13. We will also negotiate the best possible payment plan for you
  14. Remember that we will use all of this information to your best advantage and we will also use our knowledge of the IRS system to effectively force them into a position where they simply must release your Wage Levy and grant the terms and conditions that are also to your best advantage.
  15. We may have to file those tax returns that you haven't filed, but it will be done with you knowing that your paychecks and/or bank account will be freed up.

At the end of it all, you'll be very happy.
