- A copy of each employee's signed and dated Power of Attorney authorizing
us to represent him/her
- A copy of each employee's signed and dated IRS Release of Levy
when we receive it from our IRS contacts
- A copy of each employee's signed and dated new IRS Installment Agreement
Payroll Deduction authorization (if necessary) instructing you to deduct a weekly,
bi-weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, or other deduction
We also provide you with:
- Copies of our IRS Wage Levy Release
Package to give to your employees
- A running update on each employee and a list of our IRS Wage Garnishment
Release inventory for your company
- Continuous availability for issues
and questions you have regarding IRS Wage Levies
- A detailed schedule of employees in
our inventory and our progress on each
